This view lists key properties, order history and full specifications for the selected product.
Key properties are listed on the left:
- Product name, article, and description
- Product dimensions and/or other key specifications
- Person who created the product
- Sharing state (see below)
- Shopping list state (see below)
The order history and product specifications are listed on the right. Select a tab to view the selected information.
Sharing state
If the product has been shared to your company by a partner, then the name of the owner company is shown.
If your company owns the product, then each partner to which the product has been shared is listed. For each partner, click on Edit or Delete to edit or remove the share. Click on Create new share to share the product with (another) partner.
Note: A partnership must be created before sharing any products with that partner. The Partner manager may be opened from the Additional operations menu.
Shopping list state
The shopping list is a company-wide list of products to be purchased. It allows ME for Purchasers users to easily see which products the company's other Macaos Enterprise users wish to have purchased.
This shopping list state indicates whether or not the product is in the shopping list. Click on Add or Remove to change the state.
