The diagram shows copper layers (and plating) in copper colors and dielectric layers in green. Other colors may be used for special materials.
Copper layer thicknesses (in µm) are shown to the left, while material descriptions and thicknesses are shown to the right of other layers.
Holes are shown in black, with copper plating in a bright copper color.
Right-click on the diagram to:
- Copy: Copy a simple buildup diagram (in text format) to the clipboard.
- PDF document: Open a stackup drawing in the PDF viewer.
