The shopping cart contains a list of products ready to be ordered, allowing you to place your order.
Items ordered
For each item ordered, the product number, product name, quantity, total price, and expected ship date are listed.
Click on the + (plus) icon to view the individual price lines for the item. Click on the - (minus) icon to hide the price lines.
Click on an item's Remove hyperlink to remove the item from the cart. Click on the Empty cart button to remove all items from the cart.
If any items are discounted or have shipping adjustments, then the total discount and/or shipping adjustment are shown below the ordered items list.
The total price (including all item costs, discount and shipping adjustment) is shown below the ordered items list.
Order details
If desired, enter a requisition number (your order number).
By default, the shipping and invoice addresses are those specified in the program options. Click on the Change button to select a different address for this order.
If the shipment date for a product is affected by holidays at the supplier, the shipment date is shown in red and you must confirm by choosing one of the following:
- I accept the shipment date: The expected shipment date, including the delay due to holidays, is acceptable.
- Contact me about alternatives: The sales office will contact you to discuss alternatives. Alternatives are usually either a shorter production time or a different supplier; both of which will increase the price of the product. Your order will not be sent to production until an agreement has been reached.
After confirming that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale, click on the Place order button to submit your order.
