The Activity overview displays eight short product lists. Five of them list your company's (up to one hundred) most recent activity events:
- Recently published: Products which have been recently created by Macaos Enterprise for Engineers users.
- Recently quoted: Products for which someone in your company has recently gotten prices.
- Recent quote requests: Products for which someone in your company has recently placed a Request for Quotation. Typically, this would be products for which no online price was available.
- Recently ordered: Products recently ordered by your company.
- Recently shipped: Products which have recently been shipped to your company.
The remaining three lists are:
- Recently viewed: The last ten products which you have viewed. Note: This list is not visible to other users.
- Shopping list: Products which any user (in your company) has added to the company-wide Shopping list. Typically, a user of ME for Engineers would add a product to the Shopping list so that a user of ME for Purchasers would be able to easily find it and place an order.
- Shopping cart: Products which you have added to your shopping cart as you are preparing an order. Note: This list is not visible to other users.
Click on the header row of any list to view more info about the products in that list.
Click on a product row (within a list) to view product details or get prices for the product.
