This view lists all work orders created in the past two years. If you need to review older work orders for a product, use the Tools|WO history for product menu command.
Click the Refresh button to load the list. Click on a product number in the list to view the product. Clicking on any hyperlink text (in the documentation columns) opens the associated document for viewing.
When a work order is generated, it will appear in the supplier's Work orders to confirm list until the work order has been confirmed or accepted. Once confirmed, it will appear in the seller's OCs for review list until the order confirmation has been marked as OK.
The icons in the Options column indicate additional requirements for the order. Hold the mouse pointer over an icon to see a description of the order options.
Filtering
If a search text is entered, work orders which do not contain the text in any of the following columns are hidden when the Find button is clicked: Product #, Product name, Article, Customer, WO#, Tracking number, or Invoice. This is also true when clicking Refresh, when selecting suppliers/product types, or when hiding/showing finished orders. Click the Clear button to delete the text and show all work orders.
It is also possible to view only work orders to specific suppliers and/or only certain product types, by setting check marks in the Suppliers or Product types drop-down lists.
When Hide finished orders is checked, orders which have been marked as done (i.e. when the last milepost is signed) are hidden.
The Show check boxes may be used to show or hide columns in the display.

Purchase orders
Creating a work order automatically generates a purchase order document, which is available for the supplier to review. Creating the work order also automatically signs the Init milepost, and opens the Send milepost to be signed. The Send milepost checks that production data is ready to be sent to the supplier, and displays errors or warnings when necessary.
Order confirmation
Once a work order has been accepted, the either uploads an order confirmation or marks the order as accepted. This will confirm to the seller that the work order has been accepted as received.
Once an order confirmation has been uploaded, the order number will appear in the O Conf column, and the work order will appear in the OCs for review list in the Status View. Click on the order number to view the archived documentation. If the PO has been accepted without uploading an order confirmation, the word Accepted appears in the O Conf column.
Once the seller has reviewed the order confirmation, they should right-click and choose Order confirmation|Toggle order confirmation OK to mark the order confirmation as OK. OCs which are marked OK have a ¤ symbol in the OK column.
Production and shipment
The supplier signs mileposts (in their Status view) as production and shipment progresses. When the final milepost is signed, the work order is closed and the supplier is asked to upload quality documentation. Once uploaded, a “zip” link is shown in the QA column. Click on the link to open the zip file containing the documentation.
Invoices
Once the supplier has uploaded their invoice, the invoice number is shown in the Invoice column, and the work order will appear in the Invoices for review list in the Status View. Click on the invoice number to review the invoice.
Once the seller has reviewed the invoice, they should right-click and choose Invoice|Toggle invoice OK to mark the invoice as OK. Invoices which are marked OK have a ¤ symbol in the OK column.
