Each quotation is stored as a .mgq file in the Quotation archive folder, which may be specified with the Tools|Options menu command.
If there are many files in the Quotation archive folder, then it may take a long time for the Quotation archive to load or refresh. It is therefore wise to move older quotation files to a subfolder of the quotation archive.
The Refresh button reloads the current folder. This is useful if you wish to view quotations that have been created after you opened the archive viewer.
Subfolder contents may be viewed by clicking the Folders button and selecting the desired folder.
To move quotations to another folder, select the quotations to move and then click on the Move button. After confirming the move, select the desired destination folder. Note: It is possible to create a new subfolder, if desired.
To delete quotations from the archive, select the quotations to delete and then click on the Delete button.
Note: Earlier versions of Macaos Gallery stored each quotation as a set of 2 or 3 separate files. When opening an archive folder, all multiple-file quotations in the folder will be converted to single-file quotations prior to displaying the folder contents.
