Version 3.2
Version 3.2 is a minor update. Changes include:
- The user manual has been moved online. In most cases, it is possible to open the appropriate user manual page in the web browser by pressing the F1 key.
- Several helpful changes when creating a Work Order:
- When creating a WO from an RFQ, if no customer order is linked to the RFQ then one or more unfulfilled customer orders may be chosen to link to the WO.
- The list of unfulfilled customer orders has been expanded to include qty on order, qty undelivered, WO nr, WO qty
- If a WO has multiple linked customer orders, then when creating the WO and PO, the user may choose between creating a single WO for all customer orders or creating separate WOs for each. If separte WOs is chosen, a dialog box is shown where factory prices may be adjusted, if necessary.
- It is now possible to specify a date range (± days) for grouping of RFQs.
- In order to pack and ship a Work Order, there must be a customer order linked to the WO. A warning is generated when signing the Send, QA, or Ship mileposts if the link to the customer order is missing.
Version 3.1
Version 3.1 is a minor update. Changes include:
- In the Status view (for sellers) there is now a list of incoming RFQs from Macaos Enterprise users. These remain active in the list until marked OK in the RFQs view.
- The module for generating manufacturing data has been completely rewritten. The one most notable change is that the downloaded zip file for PCB+PCBA work orders will always contain separate zip files for the PCB, the PCBA, and (if specified) the Panel.
Version 3.0
Version 3.0 is a major update from previous versions. Changes include:
- Colors–we have given each of the main views a color, to assist in navigating the system
- Each user should have their own login. Most operations are logged with the user’s ID.
- The paradigm for data access has been streamlined. In major views, data is fetched from the server when clicking the Refresh button. Searching or filtering will go much faster, while clicking the Refresh button may take a bit longer than in previous versions.
- Unused functionality has been removed; including mixing, pricing, and support for agents
- It is now possible to link multiple customer orders to a single work order.
